I am an Enterprise Sales Rep for Syscom Technologies, an information technology VAR in the Southeast. I have been in technology sales for the past 15 years. Over that time I have learned a few things by making nearly every mistake in the book. Most of those mistakes were caused by losing sight of why people make purchasing decisions. The hope of this blog is to help provide some insight into the lessons I have had to learn over the years.
